We understand that most parents have athletes participating in multiple sports and the investment can be a bit much. So we have added some flexibility to our payment plan. Pay as low as $50 to secure your participant's spot and pay the rest in smaller installments or choose which installment option is best for you by selecting a plan with payments as low as $25 per month. All paperwork must be submitted prior to August 1st for registration to be complete.. To the right we have a checklist of items needed to comply with our process.
All participants participating in the 2016 season must have this form completely filled out and signed prior to the first practice. Download Form
A participant must provide a completed 2016 Pop Warner Physical / Medical Release form prior to first practice. (Note: All physicals must have been conducted this year) Download Form
2 Copies of the participant’s completed 4th quarter 2015/2016 year report card must be submitted.
All participants must submit a copy of their birth certificate.
(Note: Original Birth Certificates must be provided upon advancement to post season play)
2 proofs of residency are required to ensure participant eligibility. The HHPWA services student athletes from Hampton, Newport News, York County,Williamsburg, James City County and Poquoson.
